How To Come Along on Travel Tours Trips-Send full name, address and BALANCE OF TOUR per person to Travel Tours, Box 40, Wagoner, OK 74477-0040. Balance is due AT TIME OF BOOKING! Please identify the tour number.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations MUST be made during normal business hours. Unless specified otherwise, cancellations made more than 31 days prior to  departure will be entitled to a full refund, less any special event tickets that had to be pre-purchased. For cancellation made less than 31  days but more than 48 hours prior to departure there will be a 10% cancellation fee plus any non-refundable expenses incurred by Travel Tours for hotels, attractions, transportation or other supplies related to the tour. No refunds will be issued for cancellation made within 48 hours of departure. If you are forced to leave a tour after departure, no refunds will be given for unused portions. We suggest travelers obtain travel insurance.

 

Insurance - Travel Tours cannot assume liability for lost or damaged luggage. Baggage insurance is available through Travel Tours. Trip cancellation and accident Insurance is recommended and also may be obtained through Travel Tours’ Office.

 

Membership- Tour membership is open to all persons, however, we reserve the right to reject or terminate the membership of any person whom Travel Tours may consider objectionable to the tour. Applicants with a disability are welcome on our tours. If you have a disability and would like to request specific accommodation, please notify us, in advance of the tour, so we can try to make the necessary arrangements.

 

Motorcoaches - Our trips include transportation on TRAVEL TOURS’ luxury motorcoaches. At times other motorcoaches may be chartered by TRAVEL TOURS’, but they will be of equal quality and comfort.

 

Responsibility - Travel Tours acts as your agent in arranging for accommodations, attractions and meals defined in the tour brochure.  Hotels listed are subject to change without notice. All costs incurred will be collected from the passengers at the time arrangements are made. It is to be understood that Travel Tours assumes no liability for accidents, damages, losses or non-performance of services on the part of any establishment identified in any tour. Travel Tours’ responsibility is limited to the actual transportation services offered in connection with any tour.
