DRIVERS / OPERATORS
We believe that safety and customer service are both #1. Travel Tours is very proud of the level of experience and dedication of our Motorcoach Operators. We exceed the minimum safety protocol requirements set forth by the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration). For example, a few of the key requirements are:
• Regular Physical Examinations
• Alcohol/Drug Screening
• Driving Record Inspection and Review
As a provider of charter service to the Military, Travel Tours is audited and examined regularly by the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to determine its safety and operational fitness. We are proud to announce that we consistently pass these inspections with flying colors!
In addition to the federally-mandated requirements, Travel Tours has a stringent Company Driver Training program and conducts periodic reviews of each Operator.
Over the course of each tour, you will get to know your Driver and see how they go out of their way to make sure that your trip is not only safe, but fun and enjoyable. You won’t find a better staff of Drivers than here at Travel Tours. In fact, many of our customers have become so fond of our Drivers that they request to travel with them on future trips!
